If your BullDog key or cable is damaged in shipping we will replace it free of charge.
In addition, if for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase, you are notcompletely satisfied with your BullDog Key, or cable you may return it for a full prompt refund, less any shipping and handling. The conditions below apply.
Conditions:
1. Your purchase must have been purchased from K9LU/GeneralBusiness Software
2. You must be the end user.
3. The returned item must be in original condition unless the reason for return is a manufacturing defect.
4. A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included with the returned item.
5. A description of the problem/reason for return must also be included.
